Hi, I’m looking at servicing My plotter it’s the workhorse of my business and not much has gone wrong with it! Touch wood! [emoji51] but the tracking has started to become a problem and I’m guessing it’s the grip on the rollers that has worn down as I’ve had to change this before. But I was wondering if there is anything else I should look at changing when I’m in the guts of it? Or even seeing about putting it away to get serviced as I’ve got another plotter I could use when it was away.

I don’t mind spending a bit of money on it as I said it does a lot of work.

    Thanks

    Martin

Graphtec themselves in Wrexham have a full servicing workshop.

It’s most likely just the pinch rollers that need changed Martin as these get worn affecting the tracking. But also check the grit rollers are clean as contamination can build up causing these to loose grip over time.
