Something a bit different for us….all the kids and staff where asked to do self portraits to commemorate the first year of their new school building. Portraits where then scanned and printed.
Some of the drawings where fabulous..well all of them where. 😀

Thanks to Andrew Boyle for the idea and advice! 😀

at my girls school they have stuff everywhere on the walls from trips and projects
never fails to impress and amaze me how kids see things so simple and pure

Nice one Harry. I’m with Derek & Dave on this.
I must show this to my wife she is a national school teacher.
Some scope as well for school fund-raising too.

you could always buy them a frisbee Harry then they wouldn’t have to use your cd’s 😀

I have a frisbee I can send you Harry the dogs don’t play with it, if you throw it for them and say "go fetch" they look at you as if to say, you want it go and get it 🙄

I was at an exhibition of school art work last week. Emily had a drawing being exhibited, it was an African theme and the work there was fantastic! It ranged from primary kids work through to Emily’s age with Higher Art pupils work.
Another proud mummy moment when we went to the Town Hall to see her work displayed! 😀

I also have a tea towel that has a self portrait of Emily on it that she done when she was in P2 age 6! That’s a great fundraiser!
