Saturday morning blues
You know those nice little Saturday morning jobs that don’t require an invoice?
You know those nice little jobs where you can use your most popular vinyl so dont need to order in?
You know those moments after the customer has dropped his van off that you realise you’ve actually ran out of your most popular vinyl DESPITE being at the suppliers yesterday?
You know those moments when you have to phone your customer and ask him to come and collect his van cause your a TW*T? -

Ha! Obviously I have no idea what you mean about invoicing but, I did have a van booked in for this moring which I had 7.9mtrs of blue vinyl to cut from my 630 wide roll of oracle 551… which I always have loads of in stock… only to find I had to rummage through the offcut rolls i otder to finish it as I was 23cm short of being able to do it on hit!

Nothing worse… we had to ring a customer twice, as they never said two vans were MWB.
Obviously the SWB printed panels didn’t fit 😕

Sent the customer artwork on a white van after seeing the van personally..
Customer says the vans gone in to get some bodywork done..
Arrives in a totally diffent colour :appl:

I’ve had plenty like that. Lots of minor resizing and rejigging just to make it fit with millimetres to spare.. 🙄

Sent a customer a proof, with all the text in white, he collect’s the van and ask’s why it’s all in white and not red! :appl:

had a customer supply artwork and then when dropping off his van it’s a LWB and has windows in the sides and back so none of the graphics fitted, said it was our fault as we didn’t ask him the make and model of the van so we need to meet him in the middle with the price increase for another (larger) set of graphics 😕
