    Hi guys

I’m full of questions today lol.

I’m getting more and more requests to do safety signs for sites.

I’ve now bought the safety library but can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction for the pantone colour references, i.e green, red, blue, yellow

I’ve seen a post from 2013 that gave me them but a quick google search brings me up different references so i’m not sure if they’ve changed in the last fe years.

    Thanks

I’ve had a flick through the HSE PDF on safety signs, and there’s no reference to an exact colour.

    Thanks David

I read through the same thing yesterday and I could of sworn there was a certain pantone that had to be used but could not see any reference to it.

I’m sure the colour is mentioned in the british standard. I’ll see if I can find it.

    Hello
I have a similar question. Are the colours listed in BS ISO 3864-4:2011?
If that is the case, are there other things I need to know in this standard?
If so, as it is very expensive, what is the cheapest way of buying this standard?
I note there is a Swiss site that seems the cheapest, but there may be a better place.
    Thanks for your help.

    As far as I know:-

    PMS 485C Red
    PMS 300C Blue
    PMS 356C Green
    PMS 116C Yellow

are closest to the NCS / RAL colours, and are acceptable substitutes.
