    Hey guys,

With the larger sign shops how do you handle your rubbish? We are starting our new print and finishing rooms and I got big card board boxes always full of rubbish. I think I may need a rubbish compactor also because my dump master is always getting full mid month now. I know I can schedule another pick up but its mainly the backing papers etc in there.

Anyone using something for big bins? I saw one company once at auction that had plastic bins that were on a cart. Anyone know what these are called?

    Cheers
    Jason

Whenever I post something I always find the solution right afterwards.

lol yep. Funninly enough I thought my cardboard boxes wouldn’t last a week with the cut vinyl sticking to them. I’ve had them 6 months now. They are from a dishwasher I think so the card board is like 10mm thick.

Its just that I have seen places in the past go for nice big bins to store waste internally for onward chucking into larger bins outside. Only problem was the older dustbins could be lifted by 1 (2 if unlucky) person, but the newer ones had to be hand emptied…………………

My boxes are pretty big probably 1 metre wide by 1 metre deep by 1 metre high. Did fit a dishwasher inside of it.
