For this I used Artcam but I use Enroute3 too and a Flexicam router

nice work mate…. i like carlsberg one best 😀
are these solid pieces of Wood with the letters milled around to leave them embossed or are they routered, cut and then laid on top of these boards?
what type of wood is it?
also, i am “guessing” but you have clamped this wood as opposed to vacuum held? reason i ask is i have had no end of bother with wood moving on vacuum bed due to air channels in the woods surface etc
(HOPE THAT MAKES SENSE?) :lol1:thank you for taking the time to show us your work. 😀

these pieces are made with the letters milled around on a cherry wood and were clamped with clips.

Thanks for showing us some of your work!!

Nice one!
I did something similar recently. I love the prismatic lettering on wood.

We have a Gerber Dimension 200 router. I have to use ArtPath which is a Gerber Omega program. ArtCam doesn’t work with our router, something about the “language” it receives.
It has the prismatic option though for letters. I just started using it to do that. Here is a link to the one I posted up.

Very interested, I use a 6mm ball nose, but my feed rate was 40mm/sec.
I don’t know very much about feeds and speeds, I have only 6 month experience.
