Router bit help needed please

Im hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction for a 90 degree router bit with a 3mm flat bottom for routing tray signs, ive searched the usual online places but cant seam to find one anywhere.
Any help is appretiated thanks Rich

I took a normal 90 degree bit and ground off the bottom couple of mm on a grinder. Needs must, couldnt find the proper one in NZ! Works a treat.
You have to use the "spiral down" approach when cutting so it doesn’t overheat when starting the cut..Simon.

It seems the tips of V carving bits have a tendency to break of, so we just use one in that condition to slot the ACP. It works well for us. Nice tight bends.
Just a heads up there are different grades of these ACP sheets. The Econo grade has a thinner metal face and it is suitable only for flat applications I will usually crack when bent. Use the panels with the thicker "skin". Ex. E-Panel is thin, Dibond is thicker – same manufacturer.
