    Another really Basic one – I’m looking for a way of just taking the corner off, I’ve sanded off by hand in the past , but now have 30 boards to do and they need to be uniform.

    I would have them cut on a flatbed router. I think it’s one of the only accurate ways of doing this. You could try making a template and hand routing around that. Kev

    You need a corner rounder, we got ours from Jag

    http://www.mastergrave.co.uk have different corner rounders with interchangeable radius cutters. On page 11. Not sure if suitable for your material.
