Don’t know if this is of any help but Mark Brick used to do something called flexiframe that had profiles like that. Don’t know if they are still about or if anyone else sells flexiframe but might be worth a look.

Thanks Martin…..I got in touch with them and they do do a rounded corner signframe however they are all plastic, looking for a satin anodised….Thanks again will keep trying.
