Rose Gold Chrome vinyl. Where to buy?

As far as I’m led to believe, this is a standard chrome that has a separate rose laminate over it but this may have changed.

You might be right but where to get it though? Do you know who sell that rose laminate?

You’ll have to get someone to print it for you. You can either print direct to the chrome and laminate it or print a clear wrap vinyl, laminate that and laminate to the base chrome.
