Hello, bit new to this but just wondering if anyone knows of any good places to get roller banner stands and the media printed with own design for a good price? If not a place to get the media printed? We where thinking of investing into an inkjet printer as only have the roland color camm 600 and thought it could be cheaper to print in-house, unfortunately these printers seem to be very pricey, also wondered what’s the difference between a cheap second hand one to a expensive brand new one?
    many thanks 🙂

it’s bit like buying a car, a new one should give you a good few years of trouble free motoring. A second hand one will do the job, but may not have the latest accessories, and could need repairs to keep it going.

You can buy printed roller banners pretty cheaply. Check out Print United, Venture Banners and Giga Print. When you see some of the trade prices makes you think is it worth getting your own printer and the hassles which can offset the profits.
