Posted by Shaun Cleary on 17 January 2011 at 19:36

Just a quick question in regards to roller banner stands, I want to offer 3 types (Low-range, mid-range and high-range) on the mid and high I will use light block would 440 gsm banner material be ok on the low range.

Do any of you use banner material on roller banners instead of light block?

    hi Shaun
    i offer 3 types

Budget: cheap stand with fold out feet and so-flat roll-up material (its a thick light block that doesn’t need laminating)

Mid range: cheap stand with fold out feet and laminated light block material

Deluxe: quality stand without feet and replaceable graphics and laminated light block

i don’t like to use banner as it looks and feels cheap

    hope this helps

and it usually curls on the edges, avoid using banner, light block is cheap any way, I get mine from Metamark and have never laminated and never had a problem. Up sell if you can but if looking for low cost (as most customers are) just set a good price, print, mount and deliver.
