Hello I trying to print my first roll-up and the vinyl and the PVC vinyl is buckling, and the head is hitting is hitting buckles even with the head up. I am using 4 pinch rollers.
Do I need to turn the print heat off?

    I am using a Roland SP-540V

    Thanks, Danny

You could try turning the heat down, and using more passes so that the ink will dry.
We run ours at 30 pre and 33 print heat.

Hello Jamie, thanks I turned the print heater off and it was fine. I think the heat was making the material expand and due to the pinch rollers it had no where to go but to buckle inbetween.

    Thanks for your help.
