there maybe others derek, but i think the two main ones are Grafiwrap and MD7 from Metamark. my preference of these two would be Grafiwrap.
that said, i haven’t used MD7, but Grafiwrap has a proven long term reputation.

    just my view of course.

    Hi Derek

I have been on it, no tools required as everything you need is supplied.

Rob is correct about the 2 media’s used and yes the Grafiwrap was my preference although the MD7 does have a much glossier finish to the laminate giving it an extra glossy look over the Grafiwrap.

I can’t remember where we stayed but was was recommended by Roland and there was a discounted rate I believe.

    cheers

    Hi Derek

Express Holiday Inn is discounted for Roland 2 day Training Days I think it will be about £60.00 per night, If you call Roland and ask for Hanna Or Charlie

I was told it is 5mins from the training site

    Hope this helps

    Hi all
well what can i say about the course the only negative thing i can think of is the canteen was out of order and the buffet was poor.
really enjoyed the whole thing only 6 on the course ,and a good bunch all keen to get stuck in and help each other. the instructor James deacon.
i think its been said before top bloke and excellent teacher. starting with vehicle preparation even on new cars is a chore but needs to be done properly. silicone spray everywhere on these 2 .we were encouraged to swap about from car to car panel to panel and use both medias to see the difference. short classroom sessions on design etc
but concentrated on actual wrapping. also squeegee techniques 😳 so that’s how you do it.
there was never a point where you weren’t busy learning and practicing ,
vehicle panels fixed to the wall with recesses (sprinter 👿 )
anybody thinking of doing the course go for it if you do take a digital camera i did and just looking at the pics has helped to take some of the info on board really could have done with another day.

right i am off to get that velvet mini skirt

    😉
