    Hi

I am thinking of upgrading my Roland XC540 for the new HP Latex 310.

    Anyone got one???

The main issue we have at press is gassing off time on vehicle wraps.

We also print.. Internal/External signage, Banners, Canvas Pictures, Stickers, m/x graphics and clothing transfers.

I’ve heard printing on banner material is a problem unless genuine hp stuff which is costly.. What cost efficient banner material produces good results?

    Cheers Jim

    Hi Jim,

I’ve had an L25500 for nearly 4 years now after 8 years of eco-solvents, and would never go back.

There is no gassing off time, print/lam/cut/fit no problem. m/x graphics are fine as well (I do kart graphics but the materials are virtually the same, and cut them on the Summa).

Not tried clothing transfers as I use other dedicated systems for those.

Banners were a bit of a problem when HP decided to pull the plug on one of their really good materials, but after a bit of trial and error I eventually found replacements that work well, and even cheaper than the HP ones.

I’m looking forward to changing mine to a 360 probably later this year.

    You won’t be disappointed.

    George
