    Hi

My name is Rehan, I am new to this forum and I need a bit of help with my printer.

Just recently my printer seems to be running ink, I am not sure what the correct term would be and to be honest I am having a bit of difficulty explaining the problem too lol. Therefore i have attached a picture.

I am pretty new to this and cant figure what the problem is related to.

Would any one be able to help me ?

    Thanks

    Kind Regards

    Rehan

difficult to tell from the picture but you could be using the wrong print profile for the media your using.

on a side note, it would be good if you could introduce yourself to the forum properly in the say hello forum here. maybe even load a profile picture if you dont mind. you have a far better chance of getting help when you do.

    welcome.

your heads are out of alignment and the pooling of the ink could be.
heaters not working or too low temp.
    poor media
    wrong profile
    max ink level too high

    As has been said.

Make sure you’re using the correct profile for the media, easier said than done if you’re not running genuine inks. Some aren’t as good as others.

Check calibration settings, and bi directional settings on the printer

Check the heaters are hot enough.

If all these are ok, maybe try full width scan, omni direction printing. It might just give the ink a little more time to dry.

It seems that the ink limit is too high so the print heads dropping large amount of ink check the printer profile. Or try to adjust it from your RIP.
Which rip software you are using?
    What is the heater setting?
    Which media you are using?
