Check your new network is on the same settings as the old one.

    I.E. before 192.168.1.etc

    New one may be 192.168.0.etc

etc is the individual device number.

your printer will have to have the first 3 sets of numbers matching, my older 540V doesn’t like getting it’s ip automatically from the router either so it has to be static.

The Roland guide doesn’t recommend using dynamic ip’s assigned by the router and recommends static ip’s on everything but in my experience I’ve ended up with more problems getting everything talking.

Can you ping the printer ip address, if not then you’ll get no further, if you can then I think it’s just a case of trying a few settings.
