    Roland are very good at making appointments and keeping them ! Normally you call a ticket is raised and you are called back to go over the problem, you will then be called telling you when to expect an engineer, then he calls to say what sort of time he will be on site?? not sure what happened your end but Im sure it will be sorted Monday
