i joined here to get some help. bcause i hav issues with print/cut accuracy.

so today i printed a testsheet.
and …. now it cutted almost perfect 👿
can someone please tell me whats going ON 🙁
    this is what i did:

    Material used: LG Hauger printingfilm

    1: enviromental adj.
2: i did the print cut alignment. where the printer makes a Scale Scan+Feed

3: even tested printers Auto Calibration,.
    4: i made a grid, 1x1mm 500mm wide 100mm high. added some various
circles and squares and text. aligned them .
    with the grid.

5: used print and cut in versacam
it missed by up to 1 mm in Left to right ..
    6: i made a 200% test and used print/cut marks.
    and only printed.
aand then set tje knife on the first dot. and made the cut from versacam.

now it missed by 0.1mm thet is totally acceptable.

and other times. doing just this . it can miss by 1mm or more.

    i dont get it.

i measured the grid. 1000.6 mm but lines was in corel. 0,13mm then *2

and measuring on the outside. ill guess its allright..

    inconsistency i hate it ..

    Any tips or pointers ?

tried many diffrent settings. last i used "Printer defaults"
    in Printer controls.

..well start here see where we end up.

BTW i must say i prefer the gerber edge 2 and envision 375, with bombsight and sprocket drive when it comes to accuracy in print / cut.

By the way. Why is the Printmarks getting a haze of black around them.

    mostly pointing in and left

    can this interfere with detection.?
