    I know people have mentioned this before but we have just had the new maintenance prices through for our VP-540. As its two years old.
    All parts and labour included but what a price.

    Gold £2152 Next working day call out response

    Silver £1520 2 working days call out response

    Bronze £1256 4 working days call out response

    Anyone know of a cheaper deal.

    Dont know a cheaper price, other may, but I have Bronze cover and its always been next day if there not busy

    have you tried Tech8?
    i havent looked into the roland one as yet because our machine is a roland converted to uniform grenadier. we do have the large roland AJ740 but thats still under warranty at the moment.
    the beauty i see in the tech8 is it doesnt matter what happens to the machine, your covered… prints heads too…
