  • Roland PC600 using Mac OSX is it possible?

    Hello Signwriters,

I’ve just joined the party, so gently does it!

I’ve just acquired an old Roland PC600 from my friends in London, but I don’t know how it works.

I use a Mac PowerBook G4 with Photoshop & Illustrator CS & FreeHand 10. I’ve installed ColorChoice4.1 (in the classic environment – not my preferred method), so I was wondering if there was anyone out there who could advise me on software updates & web training on the Roland for use on Mac OSX.

I want to use the Roland for very short runs of cut stickers, with a view to developing a market & perhaps later investing in a Cadet or VersaCamm.

Any help would be much appreciated.
    Steve
