I have exchanged the head with an used model and I need the adjustments for it.
Can anyone give me some help??
I am looking for the testpoints to measure the headvoltage and the mechanical headadjustments. All other adjustments and hints are welcome.

    Thanks Jacq

Is it a second hand head?? your post doesn’t read correctly???. In either case each head has its own individual voltage, I think it should be on the head itself. You can’t do a straight swap! You also need a special cable to connect to the head. Its been a while since I changed my head so can’t remember all the ins and outs.

you can get away with out the cable there are 3 pins and 2 of them are used to read the voltage the board is supplying the head. The head will have in most cases the voltage hand written on it i.e 24.6 volts this is then set using a meter in 2 of the 3 pins and adjusting left or right with the voltage regulator thing

According to Roland, you dont necessarily have to alter the voltage depending on what the original head was and what the replacement is.

When I changed the head on the machine Richard bought from me it was only something like 0.2 or 0.3 V difference between the old and new ones, and when I phoned Roland they said they dont bother adjusting them if the difference is that small.

It probably would be better to adjust it to get it spot on, but if not ask your supplier if they can sell you a head with the voltage close to the one you are replacing.

Thanks for the answers. I have exchanged the head with a head from a Printiva 600c. The heads are the same and the voltage is written on it.
The old one has 26.06 volt and the new one 28,4 volt.
My point of interest is: where do I measure the voltage and where do I adjust it. I found one pot-meter on the board on the right side of the PC60, perhaps it is this one?
    All other hints are wecome.

    Thanks Jacq
