    Roland PC-600 Profiles

    Is there a colour profile available for the resin ribbons on the PC-600. I’ve looked all over but can’t seem to find one.

    I’m just starting to experiment and print in CMYK as I’ve only printed in spot colours for ages but I’m finding that the PC-600 is printing alot darker on the vinyl than whats on the screen. I’m using genuine roland ribbons for this.
    The colour management profile is set to auto with no ICM file loaded in the drivers settings.

    Hello Alex,
    Try printing with just CMY, adding K made it too dark for me also.

    Thanks Jeremy,
    I’ll give that a go tomorrow and see if it helps the colour.
