Brought some eco sol max inks from a supplier listed on here and the cellophane wrapping has a rectangle cut out where the serial numbers were.

Why would someone do this? They are in date too.

Was there a dodgy batch going around that I don’t know about?

    Hi Chris,

Hmmm a bit of a strange one that! We’ve not seen that before, as far as we’re aware (I had a chat with a couple of the guys here), there’s been no batch issues, our stock has remained unaffected so I’d have thought we’d have had that flagged up if that were the case. Did you receive any others that were undamaged or the same, perhaps whoever you ordered it from needed a reference code for their own records and forgot to remove it from the stock…?

Sorry I can’t be of any more help, never seen that before.

    Chris.

    had an email.

    Thank you for the email.

Rest assured Ink is 100% Genuine.

The warehouse keeps a record of all Inks shipped out and the serial numbers for reference.

This is also to avoid any channel conflict.
