  ROLAND Cj500 print problem

  Having a problem with my CJ500, it was perfectly fine yesterday, however, today it’s started banding.

  Everytime we print it goes back into capping station then returns to the print leaves a line then resumes printing ok.

  We clean every day.

  I’ve attached 2 images of problem print.

  720 DPI and 360 DPI using Wasatch soft rip, all profiles have been fine for months until today.

  Changed dampers, topped inks up, re-cleaned heads and docking station, test print comes out fine and shows inks are full.

  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
