hi the left head prints overlapped long rectangles but if i plug into the right head socket it prints the test squares as should. i think the driver must be broken any ideas or know what board i may need to change? thanks

Hi Matthew Clarke. Your printer problem is malfunctioning of a transistor (a three leg circuit unit on the head board which controls the color output of the head.) You can trace the faulty transistor on the head board by simply checking with ohmmeter. If you find two short circuit signals out of the three legs on a transistor, that is the faulty one.
