    Roland CJ500 Internal Error, advice needed please?

    need urgent help, was cut in roland cj500, the blade is jammed in the paper and had to turn off the machine, now the call appears on screen : internal error dispatch mistake to connect printhead, i dont know what do……
    THANK POSSIBLE HELP

    all ok needed some adjustments and reboots, if anybody need I explain how to do
