we are running from signlab via usb
haven’t had problems before its just a bit random
comes up with error message every job but sometimes cuts ok sometimes not
have reported to roland techies who are going to call me back.
might be a driver issue they thought .

Make sure your Port Location in Signlab , in the gx 24 driver is set to External DLL and Not RolandUSB001.
Roland supplied us with a DLL to interogate and send data to the GX24 via the printer driver.
That is why the port location needs to be ExternL Dll for the GX24
