You can most likely use Colorip with the SP300 drver. colorip comes free with the versacam
What you need to do is get a disc from someone who has a versacam and or a soljet Pro II and install the RIP then go to the roland sites (rolanddga.com for american site and rolanddg.com for japanese site (japanese site has the latest version for DL)
It’s almost 100% likely that the profiles with Colorip wont work 100% with your machine as its not eco solvent , so you will have to tweak and I’m not 100% sure that the Cadet is hardware compatible with the SP300 (Versacam) cos if they modified the motherboard or something like that when doing the solvent conversion , then there might be some incompatibility. If its just pipes , pumps , etc , it should not be a problem.
In the interim , the Wasatch RIP (colorip) is VERY potent and allows a huge amount of flexibility and adjustment. (If you go to the Wasatch site , http://www.wasatchinc.com and look at the Sodtrip lite features and add in nesting etc , you will in a very small measure , see what you can control.
I would start with a glossy vinyl profile and limit inks to 150% as a startpoint on uncoated white vinyl. Use Rolands high gloss vinyl profile.
