  • Restoring defaults in Corel 12

    My toolbar has gone all weird, seemingly by itself.
    I lost my "undo" arrow, among other things.
    I know it’s been mentioned before, and I did do a search but couldn’t find anything.
    I know you’re supposed to push an F key when starting up or something.
    When reading this make sure you are pronouncing it "cor-ELLE".

    Babel
    Bevel
    Caramel
    Chisel ( or is it pronounced dremel)

    Babel =babbell
    Bevel =bevvelle
    Caramel =CAR-melle
    Chisel=chizzelle
    OK smartypants how do I fix my corelle?

    I did tell you,
    F8 is what you press cant guarantee it works but thats what i am told.

    Press F8 when starting Corel and accept ‘factory defaults’ when prompted. If you have a customised workspace save it BEFORE you do the F8 restart and then reload it AFTER the F8 restart. You will still have to load any custom pallets and hot keys. These instructions work for V12 – X3 – X4 and probably earlier versions too.
