I am looking for a supplier of reflective vehicle magnets which will cover the rear of a Skoda Octavie. My client requires it in Yellow and red chevron style as he works on the high way. Any help would be appreciated. Really struggling to find a supplier. We don’t get a great deal of interest so it’s not something we have even looked at doing. The only thing is there is the potential for a large sign order if we can supply him with them.

first of all the magnets will not work on a plastic bumper,
chapter 8 regs state that the chevrons must cover as much of the rear as possible.
It would also mean having the magnetic chevrons in many pieces as a large sheet would not conform to the vehicles curves,
I think you may be looking for the holy grail 🙁

What about ordering chevrons in pieces and stick them on the magnetic then cut in the same size as stickers so you would have magnetic kit. Only problem is the customer will have a puzzle every time he would like to put them on 🙂

just what i was about to suggest but… as Peter says, if he is required to use chapter 8 by law then he’ll need to do the bumper too and the mags won’t work,

Apart from the bumper, I don’t see a problem. Most kits are made in sections/areas anyway to allow for the fact that magnetic, especially Diamond Grade and the like, don’t conform very well. Buy a kit or make it yourself and then stick it onto magnetic. Tell your supplier what you are doing and they will probably make sure none of the sections go over any swage lines.
