Rant time grrrrr
Ok time for a little rant, won’t name the supplier as the customer services manager and other members of staff frequent this site.
Monday, phoned them and placed few hundred pounds worth of order. Free next day delivery.
Tuesday afternoon, delivery not arrived so I chased it, only to be told it hadn’t been sent as the card was declined(Hexis and a few other suppliers had no problem) but no one had bothered phoning to confirm the numbers/get another cards details.
Ok so they made amends by giving a small discount and putting for pre noon delivery foc.
Wednesday, 12.15 no delivery, phoned to chase, couriers said delivered at 10.30 and signed for by mr xyz(not anyone I knew). Then she read out the address, not one I knew and it was over 200 miles away! (courier fault apparently).Anyway so now they are re-sending the order for pre 9am delivery tomorrow so we’ll see if it turns up, really not impressed as have to keep stalling customer.
Then we have no phone or internet as BT are sodding about and told us, will be mended by end of day FRIDAY.
