    Hi all
Anyone come across a problem getting hold of un priced catalogues from Ralawise.
Finally got a catalogues off them this week in the form of a welcome pack, been waiting since before christmas !! Then rang up to ask for 2 catalogues without prices. Was told that they were £3.20 each + a carrier charge ! Was also told if i would like to place an order then they could bundle them in the package thus saving me the carrier charge. I am going to find it hard to sell t-shirts etc to my customers when they know what i pay !! Think i will stick with my regular supplier.

    Well done Ralawise !!! (:)

I seem to remember that all the big clothing suppliers charge for blank versions of their catalogues, Ralawise certainly always have. Just order the catalogues and pay the the delivery. Why should they send them to you for free?

silly me for wanting some assistance from a company i intended to use as a supplier, if i was asking for 200 i could understand, i also asked for them when i registered but was told no i would have to get them once my registration had gone through.

Same as Steve, I have always bought them from Ralawise. I don’t do a lot of that sort of stuff so don’t have many suppliers but they are defiantly not the only company that charged me for blank catalogs.
If I remember rightly they won’t supply the general public and you have to provide proof of business which is probably why they wouldn’t send them out before you registered.

I get free catalogues without prices from BTC. I buy alot of stuff so that might make a difference but I seem to remember when I started, there was no problem getting them free.

    Might be worth a call

Peter, who are BTC? Like I said in the first post I don’t do very much of this sort of thing, in fact at the moment I don’t do much of anything but it’s always nice to have contacts for suppliers who you haven’t heard of or dealt with before.

I asked for a Ralawise catalogue and it never did come, don’t bother with them – goto BTC very helpful, excellent range, good prices and it all arrives next day.

BTC is the best supplier bar none.
I have used pencarrie, ralawise, UK Leisurewear, and prestige.
Prices are better, service is better and just all round better.
And the blank brochures are a quid, or free depending on how many you ask for a time, but at a quid its hardly crippling, I give them to larger sized companies.

Thanks Peter, way things are just now I will probably never use them but you never know and as I said above it’s always nice to have a few suppliers details.

Looks like quite a few others use them as well and all good comments to.
