  • Rabbit plotter, Art-Cut software, offset adjusts

    Hello,

I have bought a new Chinese plotter, a Rabbit HX-1360, and I don´t know how to adjust the offset value in the software, because this concept is not used on the plotter interface, or in the software.

In the "Plotter compensation" menu of the setup of the plotter in the Art-Cut software, I can set two things that maybe go in this aspect:

    – Close. By defect not activated, and with the 0.99 value visible but not active.

    – Sharp angle. By defect activated, and with the 0.48 value. (in mm. all)

    Are these offset adjusts?

I´m Spanish and my English is limited, more in these technical concepts, and possibly the software has erroneous or imprecise translations on it.

I´m just with the portable at home, have installed the software here, but plotter is not here. Sunday I will go to try to make it cut perfectly or near it, but I prefer don´t to make experiments, and simply set the right values for its standard knife, that it is a Roland.

¿Can anybody help me with it please? ¿Have anyone adjusted one or a similar (because Rabbit fabrics to other brands) and got it working fine?

    Best regards.
