    HI Eddie,

Welcome to the forums! I’m currently on HP latex and while I cannot help you on this, I was looking at Ricoh as a possible replacement later this year, so will follow this topic with interest.

Have you had the suppliers engineer out to check things? I’m sure you have but that would be my first port of call!

PS, Might be worth introducing yourself on the Say Hello section, and uploading a pic, people tend to be more forthcoming with info when they see who they’re talking to!

I wish I had some answers for you Eddie, I’m pretty sure anything I suggest will have been covered by yourself or an engineer already.. it sucks when things aren’t working as you think they should.

Stafford (Atlantic Tech) on here is often very helpful with advice, I think they deal with some latex so might be able to help.

    quote Eddie Watson:

    Hi Hugh
Funny you should mention (Stafford) Atlantic Tech Services, the people who I bought it from.
No, there is nothing left for them to try really, apart from giving back our money.

    Thanks

    Ah…………..
