hi folks 😀
i have a quark file i need opened…..i have the programme on my mac, but its disabled and feeling sorry for its self, so just wondered if anyone can open it for me please 😀 pm me and i’ll send it on thanks 😉

i suspect you have attached EPS and fonts etc… Quark’s a nightmare!

Sorry nik, can’t help, I got the duck out of the freezer, but it dosnt quark anymore, 😀 Ok bad joke, youprobably wont get it, just delete as required 😀

Hi Nik, I’m downloading a quark 6 demo (from quark) for windows – it’s about 85Mb.
If I get it up and running (in about 15 mins) – feel free to ‘mail it to me.

edited to add. Scrap that – the lovely people at Quark only allow the software to run on US, french & spanish versions of XP. Go figure. Ah, well. Was worth a try.

Just a wee note re: the quark 6.5 demo.
If you change ALL regional settings (in your control panel) to US english it runs perfectly. As it’s a demo you can open and layout files, but can’t save them. But it’ll make a handy quark viewer!!
..If you change them back to UK for day to day stuff – it won’t work until it’s back to US.
