Projecting Sign Arms Required
The client requires a number of projecting signs making – they tell us they had them made out of alu-comp panels and brackets similar to the image attached. We will need to make various sizes from say 1×0.5m up to 3×0.6m – correct me if I’m wrong but I think alu comp wouldn’t be strong enough especially for the bigger sizes? I presume the fixings would just rip off a hole in the panel under wind load? If we can we would like to get away with of the shelve bracket solution using our won panels. Any advice appreciated.
