problems with my new setup, please help!
I have just purchased a OKI C5250 and new laptop also LG software from Paul Automarque, I also bought the Coral software and a roller. I was meant to start selling this week but i cant seem to get the plates to print out. The letters are printing out on the top half of the plate well to the left, how do i sort this out, i’m not computer lit so i would love some one who knows to help.

Sorry can’t help, but surely Paul can? sounds like you haven’t got the media size correctly set. Probably something very simple.

need a few more details, what software are you trying to use the corel or the Lg. Sounds like you just need to set print drivers & page sizes the OKi doesn’t do it automaticallyKev

I have purchased the LG software, and the Corel, as advised by Paul. I brought my laptop into work today to try and speak with Paul, as when i go into print then properties i really need to find out for a standard plate what should the sizes be, as i added in 111mm and 520mm and in the end i managed to get the print in the middle of the clear plastic, but it is still printing before the paper had gone in, for example print TESTER I will only get TES on the first bit fed in??? sorry if this sounds confusing i have no idea when it comes down to these machines.
