After the latest update, something really strange occurred.
Under quality settings most of the options in quality settings where greyed out, so it´s impossible to change resolution and halftone for any ICC profile.

I´ve tried to install the program again, didn´t help. Also tried on a different computer, same thing there. Most of the options where greyed out under qulity settings. That´s really strange huh?

We use win XP and the printer is a roland SP540V firmware 6.8
    Ink eco sol max

    Anyone got any ideas?

Something weird going on with the printer also, when i try to print a job, it just keeps feeding the material endlessly…

    Hi
noticed a problem with it Saturday, checked for cut line just saw a blue box instead of marching ants. Eventually after clicking it a couple of times got the marching ants. Reset to print only & it printed the reg marks moved along then printed rear marks but no print in between. Re ripped the file & printed ok going to cut today so time will tell.

you will only see the cut line when you tell it to print cut or just cut, if you tell it to print you only see the print.

    This changed with Versaworks 3

i know that’s why if its Print/Lam/Cut i always check for a cut line first by selecting cut. Printing then laminating only to find cut file is missing is pita. I did prefer VW2.7 where you see the dancing ants every time a cut line was present but can understand why they changed it.
