    Hi Guys,

I have done a test print and it isn’t firing on all nozzles. What can I do? I have cleaned around the print heads.

    Please Help

One option is a head soak.

    Switch off

    MANUALLY drop the capping stations.

    Push carriage out of way.

    Clamp off drain pipes.

Fill capping stations with cleaning fluid.

Push carriage back into position & wind up the capping stations.

    Leave for a few hours….

    UNDO THE CLAMP!!!

Run a couple of clean cycles…test again.

You can also do a ‘powerful clean’…but you’d better have a LOT of ink ready to waste 😥
