  • Problem with opening versaworks

Hi I have a problem with versaworks, it is opening extremely slowly. I do have a hell of alot of files still in versaworks but this is a new problem, cpu usage is showing between 90 and 100%, each file is taking a couple of seconds to open. It looks at the moment it is going to take a couple of hours to open – if it does.
Any ideas would be most welcome

    Thanks Jason,
I did that, then I needed to verify the printer, so had to find the IP address, it has cleared out the job log but is still slow in loading files, I was also kicked off the network so had to sort that out as well. So fun afternoon was had

Are you loading jobs off the network or are you saying once they are loaded into versaworks loading versaworks is slow?

What version of versaworks are you running?

Hi Jason, version 3.0.2, it is taking a long time to open versaworks with jobs loaded – I have also lost images on the job list section on the right hand side
