Hello there, I seem to be getting regular at this !!
I have been Printing some mug samples for a local radio station and having a few problems in the course.
I have done hundreds of these things in the past, and cant seem to work out whats going wrong.
The faces of the people I am printing keep coming out pink, but all the other colours are okay, I am using coral 13, I also have the icc profiles installed, can someone please tell whats wrong, as I am at my witts end trying to work it out
    Thanks In advance

First thing I would do is a nozzle check to make sure that nothing is blocked………

    Hello John
Thanks for that, I have tried that and all is fine, would the fact that I am using coral 13, but profiles for coral 11 have something to do with it, do you think
    Thanks

    Hi Stevie,
As far as I know the colour profiles are for every version of Corel. Have you reinstalled the colour profile into Corel 13? If you have, maybe you need to install it again. Dont know why but mine uninstalled itself and needed to be installed again.
    Just a thought.
