    Hi all,

I have been asked to do a job that is a series of varying thickness lines, about 22" x 36". These lines intersect and cross on another, it is the biggest pain to weed.

The customer then asked if we could print the lines on clear film. I don’t have a printer that can print white.

    Now the request.

Is there anyone in Ireland that has a printer that can print white on clear and if so, what sort of results can you get? Is the white bright or washed out?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

its not a bright white more translucent works well backing up colours not brilliant on its own.

edge thermal printed white is stronger but size is your problem

Chris, that’s my worry. It is going on a metallic blue car and the white vinyl looks great but they want to use a single material in one shot. The edge would be fine, but the 11" width is the sticking point.

    Thanks for the comment.
