    Hi all

I need to print onto some MD3 clear vinyl tomorrow, I have a SP540i and the graphics are for a light box.

Never done this before but I thought there was an overprint function in versaworks for clear vinyl and it is probably staring me in the face but I cant find it ???

Any one any suggestions on the best way to do this, i already have the MD3 profile installed.

    Cheers

    Adam

The overprint is in versaworks custom settings – I have found printing to clear using a graphityp profile CCVP works fine to

would you normally overprint 2 times for a print to be mounted on an opal board ? It is going to be illuminated.

If you want to you can get a profile for the metamark clear vinyl from the metamark website (and also the roland site if I remember rightly), and yes, you click the 2 passes (overprints) in the custom settings for printing onto clear.
