    Hi all.

Just wanted to ask if anyone has ever printed ‘mesh’ banners or flags on a 26500/260? The reason I’m asking is because I was wondering how is it supposed to stop the ink getting onto the platen through the holes in the mesh.

Also, has anyone used a good quality white static cling to print to and if so, where did you get it from?

    Thanks in advance,

    Pete J.

    Hi Pete,

Any mesh banner material I have used has always had a removable liner underneath for this reason. Comes off as soon as you have printed.

Static cling is widely available, although I had issues when trying to produce 100 x 100mm prints on this material. Appears to print really well, it’s the when I came to xo tour cut that a lot of the middle area would be totally out of place due to heat from the machine warping the material/liner. I never managed to get around this unfortunately.
