Hey all, hope you have had a lovely new year!

I am getting a lot of enquiries for invitation printing and was wondering if anyone else prints invitations using their Roland printer and how they do it. I have tried running card through the printer and printing directly to the card but with little success as the card is obviously not compatible due to it pooling slightly. I have also printed onto cheap clear vinyl and applied this to the card which gives a great finish but its double handling and double material (card and vinyl). Also with this, it is difficult to fold them as the vinyl doesn’t crease very well.

    Advice and feedback appreciated.

Deffinately much easier and cheaper, and a much better end product by outsourcing to a sheet fed litho/digital printer!

Small format digital will be cheaper if you have one.

8 A6 cards out of one SRA3 sheet, and I am guessing they’re not ordering 1000’s.

We used to do loads of these when we had the shop.
