Hi all, sorry about this question I got the dates mixed up for the show at the Nec.
Am looking for a printer which will allow us to print on a water proof cloth as well all the other features.Me and my old man are arguing that it should be a ribon printer as it’s drak colors which has White and purple mainly, or would the ink system do this,

I think you will struggle to find a printer to do that.
May be look at sublimation printing before waterproofing (depending on material).
Cut garment vinyl and heat press an option? -
Well the fabric comes on big rolls and we need to print, but samples we been given look like it’s a ribbon kind or print and not ink, they no bigger than 1ft wide

Depending on the ‘waterproof material’ could it have been done on a Gerber Edge?
Just thinking "foot wide" & "ribbon".

Take too long to explain so I Googled one…
It’s the MACHINE you see – uses rolls (cartridges) of thermal transfer ribbon to print onto various materials.
