    Hi,

Printing some quite dark night scene images for a local photographer in versaworks. appearing very dark in some areas that should be light and also stonework having a green tinge to it. used levels in photoshop but each image looks the same after using a setting from metamark website for photgraphic image printing. Really struggling to please this customer, even getting slight banding in the dark night sky. What should I do?
Is there a better setting in versaworks instead of using photoshop when the photographer has already altered the file his self before sending to me.
It seems to be a setting in versworks I don’t seem to get correct.

Are you using third party inks? I’ve noticed the magenta can cause this colour change as it can appear richer when printing.

Thank you for all you responses, i am using genuine eco sol max ink an printing on metamark vinyl with their profiles. Since yesterday several tweaks in photoshop have cured the problem
