    whats the smallest you can print cut on a vp540i? I am trying to print cut some very small labels 5mm x 60mm but i am getting a message the job size is to small?

    Not sure but I got the same message recently trying to Print and cut some which were 6mm. Seem to remember that when we tried 11mm was the smallest but couldn’t be certain.

    That was with our sp540 but the same difference.

    think i worked it out once the smallist the marks can be apart is 60mm in either direction

    George, make a block of labels like 6 accross x 2 deep then save, usually works or keep going til it does

    G’day George, it’s 26mm. As Chris said, group a few together so the smallest measurement in either direction is 26mm or more.
