    HI
I have two customers wanting signs made for their shop fronts, both do not require frames. one sign is black the other is yellow. They are only small and according to the price it book to buy the dibond sheets for both signs i would hardly break even. I was considering making them out of 2.5mm aluminum sheet and painting it, not sure whether to do this or bite the bullet and hope i can sell some other signs and use the remaining dibond. Any suggestions ?

Why don`t you buy white and flood coat it to the colour you need??

most supplies can cut to the sizes you require in coloured dibond, so long as it’s not a really obscure colour.

they’d almost definitely cut white to size, then just flood coat it the required colour.

Try Cherwell 01280 840297 they will sell you just the size you want. its more expensive per square meter than full sheets but probably cheaper if you don’t need a full sheet
